Competitions

We may, from time to time, run competitions.  Any such activity will be subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions that are clearly identified and brought to your attention on the specific web-pages for those competitions.

#MyOutdoorStory social media competition

• Terms and conditions apply. 
• The winner will receive a £250 gift card to spend at Cotswold Outdoor (also valid at Snow + Rock, Runners Need and Cycle Surgery). The prize must be taken as stated and there is no cash alternative to this prize. 
• Employees, members of their family or other associated persons of Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd and all other associated partners are not eligible to take part in the competition. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. 
• By entering the competition, you grant us permission to use your name and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner for any social media, print, point of sale or other marketing materials relating to the competition.
• Only residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland are eligible to enter the competition.
• All entries must be from persons aged 16 or over. If you are under 18 years old by entering into this competition you confirm that you have consent to do so from your parent(s) or guardian(s) (as applicable). 
• All entries will be reviewed by the team at Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Ltd. From all entries, the favourite entry will be selected as the winner. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The winner will be contacted via private message on Facebook within 7 days of the competition closing. 
• If the recipient doesn't respond within 7 days we reserve the right to award the prize to another winner. 
• The deadline for entries will be 31.10.2018 at 11.59PM GMT.

The National Trust Getaway

• Terms and conditions apply. 
• The prize is a National Trust Holiday Cottage: first prize up to the value of £1000 (including VAT) and eight runner up prizes up to the value of £500 (including VAT). 
• To enter spend over £100 in-store and online with Cotswold Outdoor, from 13th April until 15th May 2018.
• The holiday is subject to availability and does not include any extras.  
• The competition is not open to employees of the National Trust or their families. 
• Prize to be chosen from the current National Trust Holiday website, and cannot be used to purchase National Trust gift cards or vouchers, or redeemed against purchases already made.
• The competition winner can use the prize as part payment towards a higher value holiday and pay the balance. 
• The National Trust will not be responsible for any transport or accomodation costs incurred in the acceptance or fulfillment of the prize.

Banff Facebook Ticket Giveaway

• The winner will receive a pair of tickets to attend a 2018 Banff UK & Ireland Mountain Film Festival screening. 
• Screenings excluded from this competition include Edinburgh and Glasgow. 
• Redemption of the tickets are subject to availability at your chosen screening. 
• Employees, members of their family or other associated persons of Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd, Banff Film Festival and all other associated partners are not eligible to take part in the competition. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 
• No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
